					<description>All of those tools are assuming that your company even ALLOWS you to use them.  In fact, those are pretty nice libraries.  What about when you're stuck with using Tiles as your templating system, or Hibernate as your ORM, or (god forbid) WebSphere as your development platform and appserver--and trying to glue all of that together?
