kGTD workaround when using Pathfinder

I should probably file this as a bug, or submit a patch back to kGTD.

kGTD doesn’t install properly if you’ve got Pathfinder. The hacky ‘fix’ is to just remove all the references to ScreenResolution where the sync script tries to get the real Finder’s resolution.
